Although we created these parfaits for our golf themed Christmas on the 19th Hole (see link below), you could make them any time of the year. Depending on the season, just switch out the cranberries for another seasonal fruit.
Makes 6 servings
1 loaf angel food cake, cut into small cubes
1 can (14 ounce) whole cranberry sauce
In small parfait cups layer angel food cake, a teaspoon of whole cranberry sauce and whipped cream. Repeat layer. Chill. Drizzle a little cranberry sauce on top of final whipped cream layer when ready to serve.
