St. Patrick’s Day would not be the same without corned beef and cabbage. Whether you have leftovers on hand or want to try something new, these sliders will not disappoint. They are absolutely delicious and make a perfect bite size appetizer for St. Patrick’s Day. Or if you’re feeling a little Irish, have them for lunch or dinner any time of the year.
Corned Beef & Cabbage Sliders
Makes 8 servings
1 Corned Beef Brisket (prepared according to package)
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey mustard
2 1/2 tablespoons Guinness Beer®
1 1/2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
1 cup prepared coleslaw
8 Kings Hawaiian® rolls
Prepare corned beef, slice and set aside. Mix together both mustards, Guinness and dark brown sugar. Spread mustard mixture on each side of rolls. Layer corned beef and coleslaw.
Serve with a dill pickle slice on the side.
