Celebrate Father’s Day with Pop’s Pit Stop Lunch.
While some men love their yachts, others love their vehicles, whether sporty, rugged, or vintage. If your dad is one of them, invite him to Pop’s Pit Stop for an afternoon lunch this Father’s Day. Here, he can recharge his battery and fuel up. He won’t have to go far; just set up “shop” in your own garage and he’ll feel right at home.
Start your engines! We found paper plates online that look like a steering wheel. We also included a key beside their napkin and fork. A pit pass was placed at each setting.
Watch out, these cake pop stick shifts are going FAST!
Checkered duck tape around our water and soda bottles makes it easy to carry out our theme.
Cheese and crackers make great STARTERS.
Pita Pit Wraps were served with a green salad which were placed in hallowed out red, yellow and green bell peppers. Vinegar and oil salad dressing (motor oil) was placed on the side. READY, SET, GO!
It’s important to keep those wheels turning, so be sure to provide chocolate donuts (spare tires) and white powdered donuts (whitewall tires) for all the dads.
Don’t get caught in the rain with faulty windshield wiper blades. Pick up some black licorice for when you need a replacement.
