Upside Down Cheesecake Pails


Sometimes it’s okay if things get turned upside down…like our cheesecake.  Just place in miniature pails and it’ll look like you’re ready for a day at the beach.  Want to join us?



Upside Down Cheesecake Pails

Makes 4-6 servings



Fresh raspberries

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Mini Pails


First check your pails to see if any of them leak; consider using cupcake liners, if necessary. Place 3 raspberries in bottom of pail. In small bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over berries. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle generously over cream cheese mixture to resemble a bucket of sand. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
