Cucumber and Caviar Appetizer
I’ve never had caviar before. So when my sister, Cindy, made these cucumber caviar appetizers, I was very eager to try one. Since they’re small, I figured it wouldn’t be a total waste if I didn’t like it. I took one bite and was hooked! They are so delicious! Don’t let the pricey caviar keep you from making them. You only need a small amount and after a little searching we found some caviar that was very affordable. Enjoy!
Cucumber and Caviar Appetizer
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 cucumber
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons caviar
Directions
Peel and slice the cucumber into 1/4” slices. Place a small amount of ranch dressing on top of cucumber slice and top with a small amount of caviar.
