Mini Blackberry Tarts


We made these beautiful blackberry tarts for our Halloween Boo Tea (see below link) and they were so simple to make.  With just a few ingredients you’ll have a delicious bite-size dessert you can serve at your next tea party or gathering.  We used blackberries, but any berry would work.




Blackberry Tarts

Makes 5 servings



20 pre-made tart shells

6 ounces Mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese, softened)

6 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

20 blackberries



In mixer, beat cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Place about 2-3 teaspoons filling into each tart crust. Top each filled tart with one blackberry.  Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
