How to set a beautiful Easter table
Everyone loves to sit down to a beautiful springtime Easter table. After the cold winter, it’s nice to pull out some pastel colors to brighten things up. With a few Easter accessories, we’ve taken a simple place setting of white plates and pink placemats and turned it into a lovely Easter table.
Start with an eye-catching centerpiece. Although, we could have used a cute Easter Bunny or placed a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table, we choose our Springtime Cake for our centerpiece. This cake has sherbet ice cream on the inside, so I vote we eat dessert first! How about you?
Pink basket weave placemats were purchased from Bed, Bath and Beyond and placed at each placesetting. A simple everyday white plate was placed on each placemat with a napkin folded over the white plate. An adorable egg shaped plate was placed on top. The napkins and egg shaped plates were purchased from Pier 1 (a favorite place of ours).
Our pink and white polka dot glasses are from Pampered Chef. They add a touch of whimsical to the placesetting, along with the cute decorative bunnies. We also sprinkled some jelly beans around the table.
